A large villa and a studio with pool
Outside Mas Papabiou but still in the vicinity of Saint Rémy de Provence, on the edge of the village of Maillane, are also available for you 2 other charming accommodations : either a private house with swimming pool (maximum 8 guests), or an independent studio for 2 people. In high season, the villa and studio are rented together allowing us to welcome up to 10 guests.
The 140m2 house is a bastide-style home on a 850 m2 enclosed plot of land. Comfortably furnished, the house has a large main room with a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, as well as an office and a shower room and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a bathroom. The garden is nicely planted with trees, an equipped summer kitchen and a 8×4 meter swimming pool.
The furnished studio of 25m2 has its own entrance and a small outdoor space. It has an equipped kitchenette and a sitting area with sofa and TV, a bedroom and a bathroom. It gives access to the common swimming pool and garden.
